Crunchy Almond Butter Bites
The recipe makes 10 servings.
Ingredients:
2 scoops HLTH Code Chocolate
½ cup almond butter (unsalted)
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
¼ cup coarsely ground hazelnuts (or other nuts of choice)
1 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Pinch of salt
Shredded coconut, optional for coating
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Add the HLTH Code Chocolate, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and ground hazelnuts. Mix well until a thick dough forms.
Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls. Optionally, coat some of the balls in the shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
