Halloween Blackberry Shake
Recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
Shake
1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
1 cup (144g) fresh or frozen blackberries
2 scoops (80g) HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
1 Tbsp (10g) chia seeds
1 tsp (5g) maca powder
1 Tbsp (10g) hemp seeds
1 Tbsp (15g) tahini
1 Tbsp sweetener of choice (optional)
1 tsp activated charcoal (optional – this just helps make it darker)
1 cup ice cubes
Topping (optional)
2 Tbsp (30g) plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp (26g) cottage cheese
1 scoop (40g) HLTH Code Creamy Vanilla
Instructions
Add all shake ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
For the topping, whisk together all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the shake into glasses, add topping (if desired), and serve immediately.
