Ingredients:
24.6 oz (700 g) uncooked (raw) turkey breast, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar-free maple-flavored syrup
2 tsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp smoked paprika
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, mustard, lemon juice, maple-flavored syrup, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a rich, balanced marinade.
Add the turkey slices and toss gently to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the turkey slices 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked and lightly golden.
Serve immediately.
