This policy describes the purchase options available on gethlth.com.au (the "Site"), operated by RJC Health Pty Ltd trading as HLTH Code ("we", "us", or "our"), and explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

Purchase Options

We offer two ways to buy on the Site:

One-time purchase — Buy any product as a single order with no ongoing commitment. You pay once, we ship once.

Subscribe & Save — Set up a recurring subscription and receive your products on a regular schedule at a discounted price. Subscriptions are billed automatically before each shipment. You can manage your subscription — including changing products, adjusting your delivery schedule, skipping an order, pausing, or cancelling — at any time through your account on the Site or by contacting us.

Subscription Terms

There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. If you cancel after a billing cycle has already been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped, but no further orders will be placed.

Subscription pricing, product availability, and delivery frequency options are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to your subscription terms before they take effect.

Cancellations

Before shipment: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it for a full refund by submitting a request through the contact form on our website, or by contacting us at info@gethlth.com.au. We process orders quickly, so please reach out promptly.

After shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may return the product after delivery in accordance with our 30-day Return Policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. All returns are processed through the contact form on our website. International orders are not eligible for returns.

First-Time Buyer Guarantee

If this is your first purchase with HLTH Code, you can return one opened bag of Complete Meal for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked. We want you to try it with confidence — if it's not for you, we'll make it right. Any additional bags in the same order must be unopened to qualify for a refund. This guarantee is limited to one bag per new customer. The only cost not covered is return shipping.

Complete Meal Returns

Beyond the First-Time Buyer Guarantee, the following conditions apply:

  • Only unopened bags can be returned, up to 1 bag of each flavour per order.
  • Returns must be claimed within 30 days of delivery.
  • Applies to first-time purchases only.
  • Refunds do not include return shipping costs.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns.

Berberine Returns

  • A valid reason for return must be provided.
  • Returns must be claimed within 30 days of delivery.
  • Applies to first-time purchases only.

How to Request a Return

All returns are processed through the contact form on our website. Here's how it works:

  1. Submit your return request through the contact form at gethlth.com.au. You'll need to provide your name, order number, the items you'd like to return, and your reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with a return address and any further instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back with tracking. Return shipping is at your expense.
  4. Once we receive your return, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours (excluding return shipping costs).

Returning Customers

Our 30-day return policy applies to first-time purchases. If you've ordered from us before and have an issue with a product, we're still here to help. Submit a request through the contact form on our website explaining what went wrong and we'll assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not permitted.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If a product has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

UK and EU Consumer Rights

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) or equivalent EU legislation.
