THE FORMULA
Three Products. One Packet.

INSIDE THE PACKET
The FormulaWhy Three, Not One
Your metabolism is not a single switch. It's a network — blood sugar regulation, insulin signalling, cellular energy, inflammation balance, appetite signalling and nutrient absorption, all pulling on each other. Most supplements pick one of those and stop. That's why a cupboard of single-ingredient bottles rarely adds up to a result. The Metabolic Master Pack is three products in one daily packet: two capsule blends and an omega-3. Twelve ingredients, chosen so each one covers something the others don't. One packet. No stacking, no guesswork, no shelf of bottles to remember.*
Metabolism Support Capsule
The foundation layer. Eight ingredients aimed at how your cells handle fuel. Alpha-lipoic acid — 400 mg per packet — supports glucose metabolism and antioxidant defence. Pooled trials report improvements in fasting glucose and insulin resistance markers.¹ Inositol, chromium (250 mcg as picolinate, the most-studied form) and fenugreek — support insulin sensitivity and healthy blood sugar control.²˒³˒⁴ Magnesium — 200 mg, close to half a day's requirement — supports stress response, sleep and metabolic balance.⁵ Vitamins D3 + K2 — 125 mcg of D3 with 100 mcg of K2 as MK-7, the pair we never separate — support hormonal and metabolic pathways, alongside bone and cardiovascular health. Black pepper extract — helps your body absorb more of what is in the packet.⁶ Together: support for how efficiently your metabolism runs at a cellular level.*

Blood Glucose Support Capsule
The layer that meets your meals. Dihydroberberine — 300 mg of a more readily absorbed form of berberine. In a randomised crossover trial, a smaller dose of dihydroberberine put more berberine into the bloodstream than a substantially larger dose of the standard form.¹ The mechanism runs through AMPK, the enzyme governing how cells take up and use fuel.² Cinsulin® — 500 mg of patented water-extracted cinnamon bark, standardised to its active Type-A polymers so every packet delivers the same amount. Trials on aqueous cinnamon extract report lower fasting glucose.³ Apple cider vinegar — acetic acid supports slower carbohydrate digestion. Adding vinegar to a high-glycaemic-index meal lowered the glucose rise after it.⁴ Together: support for the glucose response sitting behind cravings and mid-afternoon crashes.*

Tri-Power Omega-3
The whole-body layer, and the one most people are short on. EPA and DHA are the two long-chain omega-3s your body cannot make in useful amounts. They are structural — built into cell membranes throughout the body — which is why the omega-3 case runs from the brain to the heart rather than to one organ.¹˒² Tri-Power means three: 375 mg of EPA, 375 mg of DHA and 75 mg of DPA — the step between the other two in the body's own pathway, and an omega-3 that rarely makes it onto a label — all from 1,400 mg of anchovy oil. Metabolic health is not confined to blood sugar. Inflammatory balance, cardiovascular health and mood all sit inside the same picture, and omega-3 is the ingredient that reaches them. Supports brain, mood and cardiovascular health. Helps maintain a healthy inflammatory balance.*

QUESTIONS
We're here to help.
Can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our team.
How does the subscription work?
You save on every order, the price is locked in, and there's no commitment. Manage everything from your customer account — change your delivery frequency, swap products, skip an order, or cancel any time. Takes about ten seconds, no phone calls or emails needed.
How do I take it?
One packet daily with a full glass of water. Ideally about 15 minutes before your largest meal of the day, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
The packet holds all three components, so there's nothing to measure and nothing to remember beyond the one packet. Consistency matters more than timing — take it at the meal you're most likely to eat every day.
What's actually in the packet?
Three products: a Metabolism Support Capsule, a Blood Glucose Support Capsule, and Tri-Power Omega-3. Twelve ingredients across them — alpha-lipoic acid, inositol, chromium, fenugreek, magnesium glycinate, vitamins D3 and K2, black pepper extract, dihydroberberine, Cinsulin® cinnamon extract, apple cider vinegar, and Tri-Power Omega-3 (EPA, DHA and DPA). Full amounts are listed on the pack.
Does it contain allergens? Is it vegetarian?
It contains fish — the Tri-Power Omega-3 is anchovy oil. And it isn't vegetarian: the omega-3 softgel is gelatin, though the two capsule blends use vegetarian hypromellose shells. Beyond that, no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. The full ingredient and allergen list is on the pack; if you have a food allergy, read it before you start.
How long until I notice results?
Energy and cravings are usually the first things people report — within days to weeks.* The ingredient trials that measured fasting glucose and lipids ran eight to twelve weeks before they took their readings, so that's the honest window for anything a blood test would show.
Six months of daily use is the real measure. This is a slow-clock product, not a five-day one.
Is this an alternative to GLP-1 medication?
No. Metabolic Master Pack is a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and it is not a substitute for any prescribed treatment.
GLP-1 is a hormone your body already makes to help regulate appetite, blood sugar and insulin response. This pack is built to support the systems your body already runs — not to replace them, and not to replicate a medication. If you're taking or considering a prescription treatment, that's a conversation for your doctor. No prescription is needed for this pack.
Can I take this with other supplements or medications?
You can, though the pack is designed to replace a shelf of overlapping single-ingredient products rather than sit on top of one. Check the labels for doubling up, particularly on magnesium, chromium and omega-3.
Berberine and its derivatives can interact with some medications — especially those affecting blood sugar or processed by the liver — so if you're on any prescription medication, check with your healthcare provider before starting.
Is it keto-friendly?
Yes. It's capsules and softgels rather than a powder or a drink, so there's no carbohydrate load to work around. It sits comfortably alongside low-carb, ketogenic and carnivore eating, and alongside HLTH Code Complete Meal if you already use that. Take it with your largest meal of the day — on a fasting day, that's whenever you break the fast.
Who is this for?
Anyone working on the metabolic side of things: blood sugar balance, cravings, energy that holds through the afternoon, and long-term metabolic health.* It suits people who've been buying berberine, magnesium, chromium and fish oil separately and want one packet instead of six bottles.
It isn't a weight-loss product and it isn't a medicine. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a diagnosed condition, check with your healthcare provider first.
