Cake Batter Milkshake

The recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240 ml)
½ cup heavy cream (120 ml)
1 Tbsp almond butter (16 g)
1–2 tsp allulose or monk fruit sweetener
Pinch of salt
Ice (about 1 cup)

Topping:
½ cup heavy cream (120 ml)
1 scoop HLTH Code Vanilla
Keto Funfetti, optional
Keto maraschino cherries, optional

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the almond milk, heavy cream, HLTH Code Vanilla, almond butter, sweetener, salt, and ice.

Blend until smooth and thick.

Whip the heavy cream with HLTH Code Vanilla until soft peaks form.

Optionally dip the glass rims into the milkshake mixture and cover with keto funfetti.

Pour the milkshake into glasses.

Top with whipped vanilla cream, add a keto maraschino cherry on each if desired, and sprinkle with keto funfetti.
