Spiced Pear Shake

Ingredients:

2 scoops HLTH Code Vanilla
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
1/4 small ripe pear
1 Tbsp cream cheese (full-fat)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cardamom
3-4 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine HLTH Code Vanilla, almond milk, pear puree, cream cheese, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until frothy.

Pour into a glass and sprinkle lightly with extra cinnamon or cardamom before serving.
